I handed in my first two assignments to ACU Melbourne yesterday. It was a really satisfying feeling. It has all gone now though as I sit here and struggle through some really complicated stuff about Nietszche and Foucault and authority and literary technique. Thanks Mum for the articles you sent. They are helping but I am tired and a bit confused. God, please clear my head for tomorrow’s go at it. I think I will go up to the state library. You can’t borrow books from there so people study in this big dome room. Sometimes it is easier to be productive when you are surrounded by other people being productive, or atleast appearing to be so.
